On today’s episode I’m talking about the most damaging word that we all use.
It’s so stuck in our vocab, we often don’t realise we’re saying it, and we rarely put two and two together that how we’re feeling in that moment has something to do with one particular word.
We think that it’s helping us, but is actually making things worse. In using it we make ourselves feel bad in so many ways. Today, I want to ponder how we use this word every day, the messages we give ourselves, and how we can replace it to give ourselves that choice I’m always talking about.
